• Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize Viomiwater Canada to charge your chosen payment method, through Stripe, for the total amount of your order, including product costs, applicable taxes (HST/GST/PST), and shipping fees.

3. Billing and Order Confirmation

• Payment Timing: Payment is processed at the time the order is placed on the Site. Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization has been received from Stripe.

• Billing Address: You must provide a valid and accurate billing address that matches the address associated with your payment method. Failure to do so may result in your order being canceled or delayed due to fraud detection flags.

• Taxation: Applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated based on your shipping address in Canada and displayed at checkout.

4. Pricing and Currency

• Currency: All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, the final price charged will be determined by your card issuer’s exchange rate and may be subject to foreign exchange fees.

• Disputes/Chargebacks: If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made to your account, please contact us immediately before filing a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback may delay the resolution process and could result in account suspension.
